This series of still life paintings exploring what we invite indoors, what we try to leave outdoors, and the illusion that we can separate ourselves from nature. Birds play a role in many of my paintings and here they reflect relationships, longings, and nostalgia. All paintings are oil on canvas and are 24" x 24" x 2.5" on deep, cradled canvas.
